OP -AMP
An operational amplifier, popularity know as OP - AMP is a very high gain dc amplifier originally it was designed using vacuum tube to perform mathematical oprations such as addition multiplication differentiation and integration etc. It was a basic buliding block for analog computer Now a days it is available as a linear IC and because of its low cost versatility and reliability it has become very popular and finds applications in the generation of waveforms like square wave tringular pulse sweep pulse and staircase pulses etc
